Every single time I've gone in there, every employee has been helpful, nice, and informative. Learned tonight you need to burp butane lighters before refilling them, especially if they are new lighters. Also, my preferred smoke is pipe... I believe the person was the owner as we talked about the pipe smoking events they used to do at the KY State Fair, but he introduced me to my new go-to cigar when I decide to go cigar for the night. I firmly believe in sharing positive experiences, as much as negative... both are valid and help a businesses grow. Products can be bought at a number of places, but my experiences here mean it's the employees that have me returning. That I can talk with them and joke with them. So if the owner does read this, keep it up.

Stopped here to grab some smokes on my way to Chicago from Atlanta and I gotta say these people are great! They're professional, incredibly nice, and they know their stuff. If you need a good smoke then I recommend stopping by. My wife isn't a smoker and even she enjoyed the visit. I will return.

I stopped in for the first time yesterday to check out the humidor and cigar selection. They have a great selection of premium cigars. Especially if you are a Drew Estate fan. The Drew Estate selection is awesome! The people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable. You can sit up front on the couch and watch TV while you enjoy your cigar which is a feature that can't be beat. I can't wait to stop in for another Liga Privada Unico!

Stopped in today in search of my favorite cigars an found the holy grail of cigar shops near me with having to drive out of my way to get some. Great people an the ladies where very helpful but when she got the cigar man Mike. He really knew his stuff about cigars an was very helpful an helped me understand the different brands an he also had cigars I only seen online. Will most definitely be going back this is my go to cigar stop. Thank you for being so helpful an not just treating me like an sale to you. Thank you so much Mike for all your help .

Super nice staff, great prices, even compared to eBay and you walk out the door with it. Their selection could be bigger in the camping stuff but they're not a vape shop. The stuff they do have is really good and a little bit of everything from entry level to seasoned pro stuff. They've got lots of "alternative" smoke paraphernalia as well. Some really nice gadgets.

What a remarkable store! Magnificent staff. There were 3 girls working there, all very nice and polite. Mike, the owner, wonderfull and very helpfull person, no wonder they are succesfull. Walk in humidor, Wast selection of cigars and Mike's knowledge of it is beyond anybody I've ever met! Great work!

I buy all of my cigars from here! I love this smoke shop. I have bought nearly all of my tobacco pipes from here as well. The selection of tobacco and tobacco products is awesome! While I don't vape anymore, I also used to buy all of my juice from here as well. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I love going here on the rare occasion when I need a cigar or more pipe tobacco.

Needed a few things so I decided to check it out. I'm glad I did. The ladies behind the counter was very knowledgeable and very helpful not to mention patient.( My friend didn't really know what he wanted). The prices wasn't inflated and they have everything from A-Z for a smokers need.

First visit in 6yrs today.... happened to be passing through. As far as kratom capsules go, they have the lowest prices of just about anywhere in the lower 48 states. I'm a trucker so I know what I'm talking about. 10 cents a capsule is tough to beat. Thanks again Mike.

Heather went completely above and beyond the call of duty when she helped me today. I came in knowing nothing about a vape i got from a friend and she took apart my tank and worked tirelessly to find a coil that would fit, even googling and calling someone. Very friendly staff, very helpful. They have a wide variety of items to choose from. Usually if I can't find something anywhere else I can find it here so I quit going anywhere else. I highly recommend it. They have special cigar events, you can smoke inside of the shop while you browse and you just can't beat the customer service.

Employees are not rude. They always the say Hello when I walk in. Then they offer help within moments stepping into the humidor. And at checkout they ask did I find everything ok, If I need anything else or do I need a copy of my receipt …

Found this little gem of a smoke shop, when I was driving down the street decided to go in and I’m glad I did. Not only do they have great glass peices, they have a cigar room, and great employees, they were super easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
